The facade insulation on the outside is the most reasonable choice due to at least the following reasons: the area of rooms does not decrease, due to the absence of moisture degradation of the walls will stop, thermal inertia of main walls will serve as an additional temperature stabilizer in the house, during the cold weather weight of warm walls will not allow the air to quickly cool down in the room even without heating.
There are several ways to insulate facades. We suggest using expanded foam or rock wool.
Principle of operation
Currently, expanded Polystyrene (expanded foam) is widely used in construction as the most effective and versatile insulation. Expanded foam is a synthetic thermal insulation material consisting of many foam balls glued together.
When working on insulation, we use blue extruded polystyrene with high insulation properties. Thanks to the extrusion technology, thermal insulation boards have a uniform structure of sealed cells, which provides the material with a number of advantages: low thermal conductivity over a long period of time, high mechanical strength, no capillarity, almost zero water absorption, resistance to freeze-thaw cycles and durability.
Rock wool is made mainly from the melt of igneous rocks. Modern thermal insulation materials made of stone (mineral) wool are the most popular type of insulation, which significantly increase the energy efficiency of buildings and their resource.
We use innovative technologies and the materials we offer are characterized by the absence of harmful components and a high level of heat preservation.
Our work consists of the following stages: preparation of the territory, installation of scaffolding, installation of insulant (stone wool or expanded polystyrene), fixing the insulant with dowel umbrellas, fixing the reinforcing mesh, priming, finishing, removing scaffolding and cleaning the territory.
