We are working under the terms of a general contract – we perform all the work on the site or act as a contractor when carrying out work at certain stages.
Our company develops a plan for organization of work indicating the sequence and timing of completion of construction stages. We deliver machineries, materials and equipment to the site on time, work in accordance with the established schedule, comply with standards, use high-quality materials and reliable technologies.
We can perform any part of the work on the site, cooperate on the terms of a general contract, design with subsequent author's supervision, organize supply, and so on. We provide special prices for the general contract.
Principle of operation
Stages of construction of a private residential building include the following:
Designing. It is carried out after research, evaluation of the site characteristics, preparation and approval of the project. It involves the development of detailed technical information describing construction technologies, necessary materials and the procedure for carrying out the work. The final documentation includes an estimate with prices for materials, services and the final cost of the project.
Preparation. Clearing, profiling, leveling the territory, and so on.
Construction of buildings. It includes the connection to utilities, filling the foundation, arrangement of walls, ceilings, roofs, installation of windows and doors.
Exterior finishing. Insulation and finishing of the facade in accordance with the customer's wishes.
Interior decoration. Installation of floors, stairs, walls, ceilings, electrical installation and so on.
Improvement. Construction of fences, arrangement of playgrounds, paths, lawns, landscaping and installation of street lighting.
